iNotes Web Access; Overlapping Text When Previewing and Printing Calendar Entries with Long Subjects

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in the
iNotes Web Access template that ships with Domino 5.0.10 Server.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.10 MR fix list (available

Printing
SPR# RHEY52PR6P - Text was overlapped when previewing and printing long
calendar entries. This problem has been fixed in 5.0.10.Supporting Information:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In an iNotes Web Access mail file, open the Calendar view.
2. Create a Calendar entry such as an Appointment and type in a Subject line of
about 3 or 4 lines.
3. Select the Print button.
4. Set the Printer Paper Size to "Letter (8.5 x 11")".
5. Under Content set Print to "Calendar List".
6. Select the following Print Options:
a. 'Wrap Column Data' checkbox
b. 'Shrink Column Width to Text' checkbox
c. Font Size set to "Small"

7. Set the Page Types to "Full Page".
8. Set the Print Range for a 1 week duration including the new Calendar entry
you created in Step 2.
9. Click the Refresh Preview button.
10. Use the magnifying glass to view the Subject line; the text is wrapped on
itself or wraps when it shouldn't. If you select the Print icon it prints the
same way.
